Hearing Conservation Program - Baseline and Annual audiograms |

There are two types of audiograms
required in the hearing conservation program: baseline and annual. The baseline audiogram provides information about an employee's hearing level before he or she begins work activities. The results of the baseline audiogram will be compared to annual audiograms to determine if hearing loss has occurred due to work activities.
