If You Don't Have Adobe Acrobat 3.01 Reader

Most of the forms available on this web site are in Adobe Acrobat 3.01 PDF-format and requires that you have the Acrobat 3.01 Reader to view and print these forms. This page allows you to download and install the Reader to your system.


System Requirements

  • x86-based personal computer (386 minimum; 486, Pentium, or Pentium Pro recommended)
  • Microsoft Windows 3.1, Microsoft Windows for Workgroups, Microsoft Windows 95, Microsoft Windows NT 3.5.1 or 4.0
  • 4 MB application RAM
  • 5 MB hard disk space, plus 7 MB additional temporary disk space available during installation
  • For viewing PDF files inside of a Web browser:
    • Netscape Navigator 3.0 or later (3.0.1 or later recommended) including the Netscape Navigator 4.0 component of Netscape Communicator or Microsoft Internet Explorer 3.0 or later. (Netscape Navigator 2.0.2 can also be used with limitations; e.g. it will not allow you to submit a PDF form. You may also be able to use other Web browsers that FULLY support the Netscape APIs.)

Which Installer To Use?

  • If you are running Microsoft Windows 95 or Microsoft Windows NT 3.5.1 or 4.0 you will need the 32-bit Acrobat Reader installer (e.g., ar32e301.exe).
    • After the ar32e301.exe file has been copied down to your computer, go into the Explorer and "double-click" on this file and it will self-extract the files needed to setup Acrobat Reader on your system. Follow the on screen instructions.
  • If you are running Microsoft Windows 3.1 or Microsoft Windows for Workgroups you will need the 16-bit Acrobat Reader installer (ar16e301.exe).
    • After the ar16e301.exe file has been copied down to your computer, go into the File Manager and "double-click" on this file and it will self-extract the files needed to setup Acrobat Reader on your system. Follow the on screen instructions.
