Preventing Contact with Hazardous Material

• Do not smell or taste chemicals or other containers of potentially hazardous materials.
• Do not eat, drink, smoke, apply cosmetics, or handle contact lenses in laboratory areas.
• Wash hands frequently, especially after handling hazardous substances and prior to leaving the laboratory.
• Never mouth-pipette any substance or solution.
• Do not store food products with chemicals.
