OSHA Hazard Determination Criteria

• Demonstrate that they have sufficiently evaluated the hazards
• In their evaluation, take into account factors including
• carcinogenicity, human data, animal data, and adequacy and reporting of data (see 29 CFR 1910.1200, Appendix B for further details)
• Have written procedures for hazard determination that are available upon request.
