General Requirements |

The general requirements of the Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency
Response standard provide measures to ensure that all personnel on the site are properly
trained and adequately protected. The employer must develop a safety and health program that will identify, evaluate, and control safety and health hazards and provide for emergency response. The following are also required for hazardous waste operations:
