Module Test Login

Each time you access a module test in the OSHA 600 Collateral Duty Safety and Health Course, you must login before  taking the test.

The information provided in the login screen for the module test will be used for printing the certificate of completion, if you pass the test. The information requested for the module test login will include:

• Name
• Employee ID Number.
