P- and U-lists include unused
commercial chemical products. The chemical product is P- or U-listed if the sole active ingredient appears on one of the lists in 40 CFR 261.33. (Beware: these lists do periodically change.) P-listed wastes are acutely hazardous wastes and should be managed separately. |
