Congressional Acts:
Congress passes legislation that becomes the Act (or Statute) and then a government agency
writes the regulations.
Regulations:
Regulations can be found in the Code of Federal Regulations which is published annually,
and the Federal Register which is published daily.
Policy & Guidance:
Clarifications and interpretations are important aspects of both statutes and regulations. |
