Applicability: Applies to lab workers frequenting uncontrolled hazardous waste sites or RCRA-permitted treatment, storage or disposal facilities, or responding to uncontrolled releases of hazardous substances. This requirement is not generally considered to apply to individuals cleaning up small spills within the laboratory.
