Prohibited Discharges - Petroleum and mineral oils

Discharges of petroleum oil, nonbiodegradable cutting oil, or products of mineral oil origin in amounts that will cause interference or pass through are prohibited ( 40 CFR §403.5(b)(6): see 55 FR 30129 ).
