Pollutants causing fires or explosions

Pollutants which may create a fire or explosion hazard in the POTW, including, but not limited to, wastestreams with a closed cup flashpoint (Setaflash or Pensky-Martens) of less than 140 degrees F or 60 degrees F ( 40 CFR §403.5(b)(1): see 55 FR 30129 ).
