Storage for Disposal - Off-Site Within Nine Months

In order to ensure that PCB wastes are disposed/incinerated within one year, they must be sent to a permitted incinerator within nine months. According to a policy issued by OTS (6-PCB-6), the generator of PCB waste must allow the disposal facility 90 days in which to dispose of the waste before the one-year deadline occurs.
