PCB Marking Requirements - Equipment

Remember -- marking of equipment (i.e., GCs, fume hoods, etc.) implies contamination with >50 ppm PCBs. If you intend to dispose of PCB - contaminated equipment as municipal solid waste (not regulated by TSCA), it must first be decontaminated, according to the TSCA regulations [ 40 CFR §761.79 ] .
