Introduction

The Occupational Safety and Health Administration's (OSHA) Standard - 29 CFR 1910.106 applies to the handling, storage, and use of flammable and combustible liquids with a flash point below 200ºF. The two primary hazards associated with flammable and combustible liquids are explosion and fire.
